Pack for the destination, not just the pickup
Group packaged food by order or service station, keeping heavier items supported and loose components contained. Check that the assembled pack-out closes comfortably and can be handled without the contents shifting.
Regular or Jumbo? Test the full pack-out
The Regular format is available separately. Compare the physical box against your filled pans, their lids, and any service pieces—not an assumed “full-size pan” fit. Neither size name alone specifies how many pans a box holds.
