A useful distinction
The pan depth decides the box.
For The Catering Box range, a full-size shallow or medium pan goes in the Regular. A full-size deep pan moves up to the Jumbo. Half-size pans give you a different set of combinations. Compare the pan depths and lid options in Steam Table Pans before choosing the outer box.

All three Solex Window Catering Boxes are 3.1 inches high. The 14 × 10", 18 × 12", and 22 × 10" footprints change the arrangement space. Use the finished food and any liner when checking clearance under the window.
