Precut Sheets or a Freezer Paper Roll?

For a meat counter wrapping similar portions all day, precut sheets give each package the same starting size. A roll lets you cut a longer wrap for a roast without using a second sheet.

• 15 × 15 White Freezer Paper Sheets — 1,000 per case for smaller portions.
• 18 × 18 White Freezer Paper Sheets — 1,000 per case, with three extra inches in each direction for more overlap around thicker cuts.
