NAPKINS
Tabletop / A useful finishing detail
Choose the napkin around the service.
A drink handoff, a dinner setting, and a dispenser refill ask for different formats. Start there, then compare the fold, finish, and number of napkins in the case.

Start with the dispenser model and required refill fold. Interfold, off-fold, tall fold, and lowfold are separate specifications. Match the refill before choosing a finish or case count.
Match the fold before you reorder.
Keep the dispenser model and the successful refill SKU together in your ordering notes. A shared color or case count does not establish fit.

Check the setting, not just the sheet size.
Look at the finished shape.
A 1/8-fold dinner napkin and a 1/4-fold square create different place settings. Fold names alone do not give finished dimensions.
Try the actual utensils.
Lay out one complete setting. If you roll cutlery, test the full set before preparing the event.
Count the refill points too.
Allow for initial settings, service stations, and replacements. Check napkins per case before comparing case prices.
Coordinate the rest of the setting.
Buying a ready-made cutlery kit? Check whether its napkin already covers the place setting before ordering a second supply.
