Coffee Shop & Café Supplies Buying Guide
KEVIDKO Buying Guides · Coffee Shops & Cafés
Build a better-stocked café, one complete order at a time.
Source wholesale coffee shop supplies for the beverage bar, pastry counter, takeaway station, and daily cleanup. Compare hot cups, iced coffee cups, lids, Monin and 1883 syrups, drink carriers, and café packaging—then shop the products directly.
Start with Your Service Format
Independent Cafés
Build around your core drink sizes and menu. Choose the cups, lids, and packaging you use every day before adding specialty formats.
Compare Beverage Packaging →Coffee Carts & Kiosks
Plan for limited storage and counter space. Compare case quantities, consolidated lid formats, carriers, and replenishment needs.
Plan Your Order Quantities →Multi-Location Coffee Shops
Standardize specifications across stores and discuss custom printing, storage, and coordinated distribution.
Explore a Supply Program →Choose Your Hot Cups and Iced Coffee Cups
Start with drink temperature and serving size. Then check cup construction, rim dimensions, lid style, and case quantity. A cup’s ounce capacity alone does not establish lid compatibility.
Paper Hot Cups
Compare everyday sizes for coffee, tea, lattes, and other hot beverages.
Insulated Cups & Sleeves
Compare insulated cup formats with a separate cup-and-sleeve purchasing approach. Confirm sleeve fit for your selected cup.
Clear PET Cold Cups
Choose sizes for iced coffee, cold brew, iced tea, and other cold drinks. These listed cups share a 98mm rim specification.
Hot Cup Lids
These listings distinguish 80mm and 90mm formats. Confirm the exact cup model and rim before ordering; do not assume all 8 oz or all 12 oz cups use the same lid.
Cold Cup Lid Options: Choose How Customers Drink
| Service Format | Product to Review | Check Before Ordering |
|---|---|---|
| Straw service | Solex 98mm Flat Straw-Slot Lids for 12-24 oz Clear PET Cups (1,000/Case) | Listed for compatible 12–24 oz Solex clear PET cups with a 98mm rim. Add straws separately. |
| Strawless sipping | Solex 98mm Flat Strawless Sippy Lids with Seal-Tab for 12-24 oz Clear PET Cups (1,000/Case) | Review the drinking opening, seal-tab design, and exact cup fit. |
| Dome with round opening | Solex 98mm Regular 1" Round Hole Dome Lids for 12–24 oz Clear PET Cups (1,000/Case) | Review the opening and headroom against your finished drink presentation. |
Count cups and lids separately. The listed 24 oz PET cups come in cases of 600, while the listed 98mm lid options come in cases of 1,000. One case of each does not provide equal quantities. Confirm fit and evaluate the assembled cup with your actual beverage before a large order.
Stock Syrups, Sauces, and Beverage Ingredients
Build a core flavor selection around your menu, then add seasonal options based on actual demand. Keep each recipe’s serving amount consistent when comparing bottles and planning replenishment.
Monin Syrups
Compare vanilla, caramel, and lavender in 750ml glass bottles.
Routin 1883 Syrups
Compare vanilla, caramel, and hazelnut in 1 liter glass bottles.
Complete the Beverage Menu
For chocolate sauce, review Ghirardelli Black Label Premium Chocolate Sauce 87.3 oz (1/Each). For additional flavor options, explore Sauces & Syrups. Also browse Milk & Alt Milk, Coffee & Tea, and Beverage Bases / Concentrates.

Bottle sizes and case packs vary. Confirm pump compatibility separately; pumps are not assumed included. If you need a Monin or 1883 sauce or flavor not displayed online, ask us to source it.
Complete the Pastry Counter and Takeaway Order
A drink order may also need a stirrer, napkin, carrier, pastry box, or shopping bag. Choose packaging around the finished item—not just its menu name.
Stirrers, Straws & Napkins
Compare lengths, wrapped formats, and quantities for the beverage station.
Drink Carriers
Compare two-cup and four-cup formats. Check cup base fit and test the loaded carrier with your actual order.
Pastry Packaging
Check internal clearance for toppings and the size of the finished pastry. A bag’s nominal weight designation is not a universal fill capacity.
Carryout Bags
Confirm that the bag accommodates the assembled box or takeaway order.

Keep Equipment Care and Daily Cleanup on the Order
Choose cleaners for the equipment and task specified by the manufacturer. Follow the equipment manual and product label for application, dilution, rinsing, and frequency; these products are not interchangeable.
Coffee Equipment Cleaners
Review distinct options for espresso equipment, milk systems, grinders, and coffee equipment.
Counter Towels & Facility Supplies
Plan separate supplies for the beverage counter, customer area, and restrooms.
Complete your list with Coffee Filters, Trash Can Liners, Gloves, and Paper Towels & Tissue. Match filter dimensions, dispenser requirements, and liner size to the equipment you use.

How Much Should a Coffee Shop Order?
Estimate usage by individual item—not total transactions. Separate hot and cold drink sizes, count lids and sleeves independently, and account for products already on hand or on order.
A Practical Reorder Formula
Target stock = expected usage during your planning period + buffer.
Order units = target stock − usable stock on hand − confirmed incoming stock. If the result is positive, round up to full order packs.
| Calculation | Example |
|---|---|
| Expected usage | 100 × 14 = 1,400 cups |
| Target stock | 1,400 + 200 = 1,600 cups |
| Net requirement | 1,600 − 300 = 1,300 cups |
| Order in full cases | For a 1,000-cup case: 2 cases = 2,000 cups |
This is a planning example, not a delivery lead-time promise or a recommendation for every café. Adjust the period and buffer to your sales pattern, storage capacity, confirmed delivery schedule, and upcoming promotions.
For syrups: divide the bottle’s volume by your measured recipe dose to estimate theoretical servings, then allow for actual dispensing loss. A 750ml bottle and a 1 liter bottle should not be treated as equal inventory units.
