Pallet wrap: choose the format, then compare the roll.
Clear film keeps carton markings visible; black film conceals more of the wrapped contents. Pre-stretched hand film is a separate format worth comparing with the way your team wraps. Start with width, length, gauge, and rolls per case.

Track how many pallets a roll covers in your actual operation. Divide the roll cost by that number, then evaluate the finished wrap with your load and handling process. Gauge alone does not establish equivalent performance between different films.
Shop all stretch film or ask about a film specification or volume you don’t see online. Stretch wrap is packaging; it does not replace your trailer cargo-securement system.
Packing tape, dispensers & corrugated boxes
Stock each packing bench with the tape width it uses, a matching dispenser, and the carton sizes your orders actually need. The smaller tape pack below can suit a light-use station; case quantities make replenishment easier to consolidate across benches.

Pair your tape with the 2-inch industrial tape dispenser or 3-inch tape dispenser. Both are listed with side loading and an adjustable brake; confirm the roll and core fit before ordering.

Shipping labels & paperwork that travel with the order
For shipping labels
4 × 6-inch white fan-fold direct thermal labels come in cases of 4,000. Check your printer’s supported label size, media type, and fan-fold feeding setup.
For warehouse identification
Compare 4 × 2-inch thermal transfer labels on 3-inch cores: blue, pink, and orange, each listed at 12,000 per case. Use colors consistently within your own inventory or workflow system.
For packing documents
4.5 × 5.5-inch “Packing List Enclosed” envelopes are listed in heavy 2 mil clear poly, 1,000 per case. Check the document’s folded size and the intended attachment surface.
Thermal transfer printing uses a ribbon. Match the labels, ribbon where required, core size, and feed format to your printer before buying a case.

A simple starting point for reordering
Reorder point = expected usage during replenishment lead time + your chosen buffer.
Example: using 8 rolls of film a week, planning for 2 weeks to replenish, and keeping an 8-roll buffer gives a reorder point of 24 rolls. That is an illustration—not a KEVIDKO delivery-time promise. Set the lead time and buffer around your actual supply arrangement and demand.

Compare the film format, width, length, gauge, and your actual wrapping process. Clear, black, and pre-stretched options serve different preferences. Check performance with your load and handling requirements before standardizing across a facility.
Will the shipping labels work with my printer?
Match the printer’s supported media type and dimensions, core or fan-fold setup, and ribbon requirements. The guide includes both direct thermal and thermal transfer labels; they should not be treated as interchangeable.
