Bakery Packaging & Supplies: Boxes, Boards, Bags & Liners

KEVIDKO / FOR THE EARLY RISERS

You make it irresistible.
We help you send it home.

Bakery boxes, cake boards, pastry bags, and pan liners for everything from the morning pastry rush to the celebration cake pickup. Find packaging that presents your work beautifully—and the supplies that keep the next batch moving.

From the pastry case to the customer.

Choose bakery packaging around the finished product: its footprint, height, topping, and the way customers carry it. A compact pastry box, a shallow window box, and a waxed paper bag each serve a different order. Shop the exact formats below; current prices and availability appear on the product pages.

Counter orders & grab-and-go

Pack everyday orders in a bakery bag or a compact box. The #12 white waxed bag offers a different format for pastries and other counter purchases; compare its dimensions with the finished order.

Finish with carryout bags sized for the filled package. Keep decorated or delicate items in a format with room around the finished product.

Cake box sizes: compare the footprint and the height.

Start with the cake on its board. Measure the widest point and the total decorated height, then choose a box with the interior clearance you need. The dimensions below are the listed product sizes in inches; verify usable interior dimensions when the fit is close.

White, pink, or kraft?

Keep the counter consistent with white, lean into a classic bakery presentation with pink, or choose the natural look of kraft. Pick the dimensions first, then the finish. For example, the listed 10 × 10 inch boxes above include both 3 inch and 5 inch heights—useful choices when your menu includes products of different heights.

Give every cake a proper base.

Choose the board around the finished cake and how you will lift, display, and transport it. Round cake circles, rectangular sheet pads, and thicker drums are separate product formats. Boxes and boards in this guide are sold separately.

The silver square drum above is listed at 1/2 inch thick. Compare the construction as well as the size when selecting cake support. A nominal 10 inch board and 10 inch box are not automatically a verified pair: check the board’s actual dimensions and the box’s usable interior space.

Keep the next batch moving.

Stock production supplies alongside the packaging you use at pickup. Baking liners belong at the pan; cake boards belong beneath the finished cake. Keep the two easy to identify on your shelf.

Order the quantities your menu uses.

Compare pack counts before ordering boxes and boards together. A 100-count box case and a 100-count board case may balance a menu that uses one of each, while a 12-count drum case serves a different purchasing pattern. Plan your weekly usage by format, then review any quantity savings shown on the item’s product page.

Bakery packaging questions, answered.

What size box do I need for my cake?

Measure the finished cake on its board, including frosting, decorations, and toppers. Choose a box with usable interior space for the board and enough height for the decorated cake. A cake’s diameter alone does not determine the box size. Check the listing and confirm critical clearances before ordering in volume.

Are cake boards included with cake boxes?

The boxes and boards linked in this guide are separate products. Order both when you need both, and compare their dimensions and pack quantities. Matching nominal dimensions alone do not confirm a fit.

What is the difference between a cake circle and a cake drum?

Cake circles provide a base for displaying and handling cakes. A cake drum is a thicker support format; the silver square drum linked above is listed at 1/2 inch thick. Choose support for the weight and design of the finished cake rather than appearance alone.

Are window bakery boxes good for cookies and pastries?

Window boxes display the contents while keeping an assortment together. The 6 × 6 × 3 inch white and 9 × 9 × 2.5 inch kraft window boxes above are listed for bakery use. Check the packed height of your pastries, especially frosting and stacked cookies.

Can I bake with a cake board or waxed bakery bag?

Cake boards and bakery bags are packaging and presentation products, not substitutes for baking liners. Choose a product specifically intended for baking and follow its temperature and use specifications. This guide lists pan liners separately from cake boards and bags.

Do you offer custom printed bakery packaging?

KEVIDKO offers custom design, printing, manufacturing, storage, and delivery programs. Tell us what you bake, the packaging sizes, artwork needs, estimated usage, and delivery locations. Our team can review the project and confirm options, minimum quantities, pricing, and timing.

Can you supply more than what is listed online?

Yes. The shop division displays only a small fraction of KEVIDKO’s stocked items and capabilities. We stock thousands of items and source new products for clients daily. Ask us about a particular bakery box, bag, board, ingredient, or supply you do not see online.
