Nitrile Gloves Explained: Blue, Black and Orange 8 Mil

Choose the combination of feel, texture and thickness

Read the material on every reorder. A black vinyl glove and a black nitrile glove may look similar in a thumbnail but are different purchases. If a substitute arrives, compare the SKU, material, size, thickness and count before distributing it.

Fix the fit before you increase the thickness

A glove stretched hard across the knuckles may need a different size. Excess material at the fingertips may call for a smaller size or different style. Use the manufacturer’s size chart when available; size labels are not perfectly interchangeable between styles.
