ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most in stock orders placed before 1 PM Monday through Friday are shipped same day! We're closed on weekends, so orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
We stand by all of our products and make sure that they're quality. If there's ever a case of a manufacturer defect, you'll be taken care of. Our biggest rule at KEVIDKO is "We don't sell junk!". Due to the liability, we're currently not able to accept returned merchandise, but once we're able to, we'll update this page to reflect that. Our team starts working on your order right when it's submitted, so once your orders in, we can't cancel it.
