Syrup or Fruit Purée? Start Here.
Monin gives you two useful routes into a drink menu: flavored syrups for measured flavor and sweetness, and fruit purées when fruit character and texture matter. KEVIDKO carries both Mango Syrup and Mango Purée, so you can choose the format instead of settling for whichever bottle is on hand.

Mango Syrup
Choose a syrup format for a mango-flavored drink where you do not need the purée’s fuller texture. Sold as one 750 mL glass bottle.

Mango Fruit Purée
Choose the purée for fruit-forward texture in smoothies, lemonades, and cocktails. Sold as one 1 liter bottle.

Pistachio Syrup
A distinctive option for a signature latte or dessert drink. Sold as one 750 mL glass bottle.
Do not swap syrup and purée ounce-for-ounce without retesting. Texture and sweetness affect the finished drink, and a pump designed for a thin syrup may not suit a thicker purée.
Shop Monin by Menu Direction
| What You Are Building | Shop the Flavors | How to Narrow It Down |
|---|---|---|
| Core Coffee Menu | Vanilla Syrup · French Vanilla Syrup · Caramel Syrup | Choose one vanilla for your house recipe, then compare it in both hot and iced drinks. |
| Floral & Signature Drinks | Lavender Syrup · Rose Syrup · Pistachio Syrup | Try a measured accent in a latte, tea, or another signature drink; taste before increasing the dose. |
| Additional Flavor Options | Banana Syrup · Honey Syrup · Mango Syrup | Consider Banana for a dessert drink, Honey for tea, and Mango for a fruit-flavored refresher. |
| Fruit-Forward Drinks | Strawberry Purée · Mango Purée · Passion Fruit Purée · Peach Purée | Choose by fruit profile for lemonade, iced tea, smoothies, or cocktails; test texture in the complete drink. |
| Sugar-Free Syrup Option | Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup | A different recipe option with a different pack: four 1 liter plastic bottles per case. |
These are pairing suggestions, not standardized recipes. A sugar-free syrup does not make the complete drink sugar-free; other ingredients still count.
Know Which Pack You Are Buying
| Format | Bottle Size | What Quantity 1 Buys |
|---|---|---|
| Regular Flavored Syrups | 750 mL Glass | 1 Bottle |
| Fruit Purées | 1 Liter | 1 Bottle |
| Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup | 1 Liter Plastic | 4 Bottles / Case |
For a small menu trial, the individually sold syrups and purées let you add one flavor at a time. For Sugar Free Vanilla, plan shelf space and usage around four bottles, not one.
Keep Flavor Experiments Manageable
Start with one familiar coffee flavor, one signature syrup, and one fruit option if you serve refreshers. Give each bottle a job on the menu. Before adding another flavor, decide which drink will use it and whether your team can make that drink consistently.
Questions Before You Order
How many drinks will a bottle make?
That depends on your tested dose. A 750 mL bottle provides 50 portions at an example 15 mL dose, before waste. A 1 liter bottle provides 50 portions at 20 mL. These are planning examples, not recommended doses for every flavor or format.
Can I use the same pump for syrup and purée?
Check compatibility with the exact bottle and product format. Measure what your pump dispenses; neither bottle size nor the word “pump” tells you the dose. Do not assume a pump is included with a bottle.
Can I make dietary or allergen claims from the flavor name?
No. Check the current product label for ingredients, allergens, nutrition, and storage instructions. Do not assume all Monin flavors share the same formulation or dietary claims.
How does this selection compare with 1883?
Our standard Monin syrups are 750 mL glass bottles; our 1883 selection is sold in 1 liter glass bottles. Monin also offers the fruit purées and Sugar Free Vanilla case shown here. Compare the flavor, format, dose, and selling unit—not just the bottle price.
