Check the actual contents. The bamboo set below has no spoon; the black plastic kit includes seasoning packets; the silver set arrives pre-rolled.

Count complete settings, not individual pieces.
Example: You need 210 bamboo kits and have 30 usable kits on hand. One 200-count case covers the remaining 180, with 20 kits left.
For the Solex silver pre-rolled set, each case contains four 25-setting packs. Stage unopened packs by table group or buffet station. A case of 1,000 loose forks supplies 1,000 forks—not 1,000 fork, knife, and spoon sets.
