Description
Fresh citrus. Serious leverage.
Bright margaritas, fresh lemonade, and breakfast orange juice all start with the squeeze. The Ra Chand J500 brings a long lever and a substantial countertop frame to citrus prep, pressing fruit halves over a cone so the juice drains into your collection vessel below. No motor, cord, or outlet required.
A Press Built Around the Fruit
- Room for larger citrus: the J500 handles grapefruit and oranges as well as lemons and limes, giving a beverage station one press for several recipes.
- Mechanical leverage: the extended arm drives the press head down onto the fruit. It is a useful step up from a handheld squeeze when citrus prep becomes a regular part of service.
- Open collection area: the wide base leaves room below the bowl for collecting juice. Check your vessel's height against the 7-inch clearance.
- Metal frame and pressing assembly: a substantial commercial design with a polished appearance that suits an open bar or prep counter.
Make Room for the Full Stroke
The body stands approximately 18 inches high, but the raised arm reaches 31.5 inches. That extra overhead space matters beneath shelving and cabinets. The 9-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep footprint describes the juicer itself, not its shipping carton.
Where It Earns Its Place
Use it for fresh lemon and lime juice for cocktails, orange and grapefruit juice for breakfast service, or citrus for dressings and marinades. This is a fruit-half press: its workflow is cutting and pressing individual halves rather than continuously feeding whole fruit into an automatic machine.
Sold individually: one J500 manual citrus juicer. Collection glass or pitcher is not included.
Our 3 × 9-inch zinc alloy lemon squeezer offers a handheld alternative for small prep tasks. Choose the J500 when you want a dedicated countertop press.
