Make it work with your coffee

Test your chosen carton with the espresso you actually serve. Compare the finished drink hot and over ice, paying attention to how the oat milk affects sweetness, texture and coffee flavor. Record the amount used in each recipe so staff can reproduce it through a busy shift.

For a small but distinctive menu, start with a plain oat latte and add a flavored option such as Monin vanilla or 1883 lavender. Measure the syrup separately so you can adjust sweetness without changing the coffee-to-oat-milk ratio.

How much should you order?
