- Ginger beer: bring ginger flavor to mule-style drinks or serve it as a standalone soft drink. Our listed format is 150 mL cans, 24 per case.
- Club soda: stock 150 mL cans for sparkling mixed drinks where you want soda rather than a flavored tonic.
Small cans, individual bottles or larger bottles?
Choose 150 mL cans when smaller pours fit your recipes and you want to open a fresh mixer for each serve. The 200 mL bottles suit individual bottle service and drinks with a larger mixer portion. Both formats come 24 to a case. The 500 mL tonic bottles come eight to a case and work well when several drinks will be poured close together. Plan opened bottles around demand to preserve carbonation.
Stock for service, not just shelf space
A case of 24 cans contains 3.6 liters; 24 small bottles contain 4.8 liters; eight 500 mL bottles contain 4 liters. Compare your actual recipe dose and expected waste alongside the case price. Keep core tonic and soda readily available, then add elderflower or ginger beer where it supports drinks your customers will order.
