Description
Duralex Picardie · French Tempered Glass
The Classic Picardie, with a Darker Edge
Black Picardie adds contrast to a restaurant or café table while preserving Duralex's familiar flared rim and faceted sides. Pair its dark silhouette with a restrained place setting or use it as the stronger accent among clear glassware.

Integral Color, Familiar Form
Duralex adds the black color during the glassmaking process, so it is part of the material rather than a painted surface. This version shares the nominal size and profile of the clear and amber Picardie tumblers.
Made for Repeat Service
- Fully tempered: The whole glass is heat-treated, from base to rim, for resistance to mechanical and thermal shock.
- Nonporous surface: Glass does not absorb liquids, helping keep flavors from carrying from one serving to the next.
- Dishwasher and microwave safe: Practical for routine washing and reheating.
- Individual glass dimensions: Approximately 8.7 cm diameter × 9 cm high.

Care for the Glass
Avoid abrasive pads and cleaners, and remove chipped or damaged pieces from service. Tempered glass is resistant, not unbreakable.
