Use 8 x 30-inch pink steak paper when the platter needs more coverage across its width. A uniform, pre-cut liner keeps the backing consistent as staff arrange steaks, chops, and other meat-counter cuts.
Keep the counter setup consistent
The 8-inch sheet sits between the narrow 6-inch and wide 10-inch formats. All share a 30-inch length, so you can match different platter widths while keeping the same long display format.
Pre-cut sheets take measuring and roll cutting out of the setup. Use the case for regular liner changes and display resets.
