These large immersion filters keep ground coffee inside a drawstring bag while it steeps in a five-gallon brewing vessel. After steeping, lift the bag out and let the concentrate drain back into the vessel before discarding the spent grounds and filter.

- Drawstring closure. Cinch the opening over the grounds before steeping. The closure keeps the coffee inside the bag as you lift it.
- Nonwoven filter material. The fabric lets liquid pass through the bag as the grounds steep and drain. Reinforced seams support the bag when lifted.
