Trust KEVIDKO to package, prep, and deliver your orders fast. From our warehouse team to our office, we have the experience, knowledge, and care to make sure you receive the supplies your business needs, when you need them. 

HOW ARE ORDERS DELIVERED?

We primarily use Fedex for Ground shipments, as well as various reliable carriers for LTL and full truckload shipments. We also offer convenient will call service at our warehouses in Los Angeles.

Even if your order doesn't meet the minimum for free delivery to your area, many of our popular products ship free nationwide with no minimum order! Including almost everything in the category "Special Deals".

Free Delivery is not currently available for all orders, but is available on select products with no minimum order. All orders are automatically calculated to have our super discounted Fedex rates, plus an additional discount covered by us. Stay in the loop, we hope to offer free delivery to your state in the future!

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL TRUCK DELIVERIES?

For our higher volume accounts in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego areas, we offer distribution services with deliveries via our own trucks and drivers. To learn more about this program, visit /distribution-services/

 

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA, AND HAWAII?

Yes! Shipping to Canada and other countries outside the US may be subject to taxes, fees, duties etc by the destination country. The receiver of the merchandise is the importer of record and responsible for all taxes, fees, and duties required by their country. It is the responsibility of the importer of record to pay any fees and duties required by their country to the shipping carrier. If you do not pay the carrier, or do not respond to their attempts to collect payment, the merchandise will be considered abandoned and we will have no recourse to refund you. All export sales are final, no exceptions.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most in stock orders placed before 1 PM Monday through Friday are shipped within 1-3 business days! We're closed on weekends, so orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. For all Fedex Express/Overnight/2 Day orders, we will do our best to ship the product within one business day. We can not guarantee this will happen every time. If your order is extremely time sensitive, please contact our team and we will do our best to help you out. We do not offer or guarantee Fedex Express weekend deliveries. If you place an order for overnight, you will not receive it on Saturday or Sunday. It will deliver the following business day after it is shipped, and no refunds will be granted.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

We stand by all of our products and make sure that they're quality. If there's ever a case of a manufacturer defect, you'll be taken care of. Our biggest rule at KEVIDKO is "We don't sell junk!".

We aren't perfect, if there is ever a case of a product or shipment issue that is our responsibility, we will take care of it for you. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can make a label for you, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. There are no returns on special order merchandise or international shipments.

For shipments that are rejected at delivery or undeliverable and are returned back to sender, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. If we covered the cost of shipping to you under a free shipping promotion, our cost on shipping the product to you will also be deducted.

Order Cancellation Policy

We move fast. Most orders begin processing shortly after they’re placed. Please review the timelines and terms below before requesting a cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email shop (at) kevidko.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Company name / contact
  • Reason for cancellation

We’ll confirm in writing whether the order is still eligible to cancel.


Timing & Eligibility

  • Within 30 minutes of ordering (during business hours): We’ll make best efforts to cancel before processing begins.
  • After picking, packing, or label creation: The order may no longer be cancellable. If we can intercept, costs of labor, materials, carrier cancellation fees, etc may apply.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return (if eligible under our Return Policy).

Non-Cancellable Orders

1. Bulk, Pallet, and Allocated Inventory Orders

Orders that require us to allocate, produce, or specially procure inventory are final once confirmed.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Orders for pallet or truckload quantities
  • Orders requiring special production, packaging, or lead time
  • Orders with custom delivery scheduling, routing, or consolidation
  • Items reserved or allocated for your account

Once inventory is allocated or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. The customer is fully responsible for payment in accordance with the agreed terms, regardless of any subsequent change of mind or delivery delay.

2. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Special-Order Items

Any item manufactured, printed, labeled, or sourced specifically for your order is non-cancellable once in progress.

3. Closeouts or Final-Sale Items

All sales are final once confirmed.

 

PRODUCT VARIATION POLICY

We strive to provide consistent, high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. However, we reserve the right to make changes to our product designs, materials, and specifications at any time without prior notice. These changes may result from updates by our manufacturers, improvements in product design, or adjustments to meet market demands.

As such, slight variations in design, color, or specifications may occur between orders. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that such changes are possible and do not constitute grounds for a return or refund, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet its intended use as described by us.

If you have specific requirements or questions about a product, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

All product measurements listed are approximate and based on industry standards. Depending on the item, dimensions may refer to either outside or inside measurements and can vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. If precise fit is critical to your application, we strongly recommend ordering samples or contacting our team to confirm specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product meets their specific requirements. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
