Sales Tax Information & Tax Exemptions

As a business located in California, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in California. Orders shipping outside of California are always free of tax. If you see tax in your shopping cart when there shouldn't be, don't worry! Move forward to the checkout page and it'll disappear.

For California customers either reselling our products outright or purchasing our products as components for a new product or service to be sold, we can set you up with tax exemption on those specific items.

Examples:

• A distributor buying our products to resell them will have tax waived on all items
• A restaurant will have tax waived on most foodservice items that go out with the customer, like take out containers, napkins, and disposable cups, but will pay tax on items they use in house, like gloves, trash bags, and paper towels.
